I want to find out how to make Ginger Beer.
Equipment:
Water,lemon juice,Ginger,Sugar,Yeast,Ginger root,a bottle.
Method:
Combined it in the jar:
1) Get 600ml of water you can chooses between cold or room temp.
2) Add 1 tsp of yeast in your water.
3) Add water half way in your smashing bowl all so add your ginger root then smash in your bowl.
4)4 tsp sugar
5) Juice 2 lemons and it to your mixer.
6) Then stir.

What is the stuff at the bottom?
When you look at the bottom their should be brown stuff at the bottom but I was to late but,The brown stuff at the bottom is sugar and yeast mixed together.
What does it taste like?
When I tasted it,it taste like sour vinegar I say you should add more sugar and water to it because it will taste funny.
What will happen when you shake it?
When you shake it all the yeast and sugar comes up.
What does it smell like?
It smells like old juice in a bottle and it smells like ginger.
