Fitness Circuit Test

In gym class were doing a little activity that involves our fitness skills

These are the results of my fitness level...
  • Stride Jumps 29% :Stride jumps are like start jumps but you put your legs together instead out. 
  • Push ups 17% : Push ups are just push ups
  • Curl ups 9% : Curl ups are sit ups. Basically your back side of your body is on the ground and you try to sit up without any help.
  • Burpees17% : There are two different burpees but the one we did was the one were you go down ,out, in, up ,clap 
  • Tuck  Jumps 31% : Tuck Jumps are where you keep your hands out from your chest and you try to hit your knees on it while jumping.
  • Run (6 min) :We ran around the square ->▢ court or as people say the Netball court.
I got 6 minutes doing all the activity 3 times.
