Questions about the Profiling task:

Who was your profile target?: My target was a toddler that is a vegetarian.

What was your recipe decision based on?: I chose those recipes because It was vegetarian, it's cooked for 30 mins- or less,

BUT my recipe wasn't chosen because it was over-budget. So we went with Sara's recipe which was " Mini apple and berry crumble"

Explain why we chose the recipe: We all chose that recipe because my recipe was over budget, Joel's one didn't work out, Liz's one was good but it would have been quick to make ( her one was milo flavoured toast and it would take 3 mins).

-Liz's Recipe ( The Milo one)

- Sara's Recipe ( Mini Apple and Berry Crumble)
How does it fit in with the nutritional model or a dinner plate?:
Image result for neutral lunch plate model diagram

It fits in because the crumble topping is made out of oats BUT whereas the inside it's a fruit soo it's a 50% carbs and 50% Fruits.

What changes did we make to the recipe to improve it?:
First time making it: The berries are nice, the crumble was made out of white sugar instead of brown.

Second time making it: The crumble topping was lacking butter and crunch so add a little bit more butter and more oats. The apple crumble was too sweet but as for the berry one, it was perfect and nice. The crumble was made out of brown sugar.

What were the positives of our meal?:
It was easy to bake, the timing of it was good ( meaning it didn't cook for so long)

Conclusion:
In conclusion, I have learnt how to budget, check the nutritional labels, and different dietary needs
