I wonder??? Hmmmm?? ( I wonder topic n.o2)

I wonder why poppies get their colour?

Some rumours say that when the soldiers died on the flowers ( the flowers were white) it stained the flowers and the grass so everything the grass + the flowers grow most of the blood dyes the flowers.
Some say that when the soldiers dyed in the Flander fields next to the flowers they took the idea of the flower and made it red. Red is a symbol of Sleep, peace and death (in this scenario)

Poppies are a sign of remembrance in WWI were it was the first flowers to grow in the churned-up earth of soldiers' graves in Flanders in a region in Belgium

Some Countries have different styles of there poppy remembrance.

Why do they have LONG legs?
If they lose most of there legs they can grow it back with molt.

Spider Crab have the ability to change their colour entirely.
They have a Poisonous bite.
It is not medically threatening to humans.
They are sometimes known as Tall legs crabs

Read Theory in English

Today for reading in English I went onto read theory.

Read Theory is a reading website that helps you with your reading skills.

 I read 3 Storys

  1. Something about a park
  2. A kid named mike renting out books
  3. Rubbish job

1: It was about these 3 people giving reviews about the park.
2: This Kid named Mike and his mum were at the library and going to rent out books.
3: It was about these 3 guys doing their job ( Rubbish job) to be honest they were rubbish at there job *ba boom ba ching*  (good pun). So basically just collecting rubbish and being lazy.

Reading In English

The Honna Chronicles:
Today for SSR in English I read The Honna Chronicles. Picking off where I left the girl is now finding out that she is in a different world. More and More I read it, it sounded like the manga I read: Alice in the country of hearts, diamonds, Clovers. It's weird because the thing they both had in common is it has the same storyline and one stroys there in the Castle of Diamond the other one is in the Country of Diamonds.

I read this story for me to get back into reading.
This book is for entertainment.

Reading In English

The Honna Chronicles:
Today for SSR in English I read a story on storybird named The Honna Chronicles.
So far I started reading this book about a girl doing her morning routine but the next morning she saw a mirror in her bedroom that was sparkling so she placed her hand in it and it disappeared in a different world. This book reminded me of this manga ( Japanese graphic novel) named Alice in the country of ____ (sometimes the book was named Alice in the country of Hearts, clovers, Joker, Diamonds because it had different sides to it because it was a love book)

Heres the manga Photo:

I think the story The Honna Chronicles was to entertain.
I think it's for tweens-Teens

Reading in English

Today for SSR I read fanfiction (don't read fanfiction unless you can handle it or your over 18+) and the story Love & Misunderstanding. First I read the Fanfic it was ok at the start and the things went .... let's say spicy, midway through the Fanfic I couldn't handle it so I read a story. Love & Misunderstanding bit of the story I read was this man was waiting for this beautiful girl at the ball and everyone knew that he liked her.

The Fanfic was to entertain, the story was to entertain.
The Fanfic is recommended for 18+, The story is for tween-teens

Love & Misunderstanding <- Here's the link to the story

Reading in English

Love & Misunderstanding:
Today for SSR in English I read Love & Misunderstanding made by a person on storybird. So far it's about this family inviting some guest and their families over to there house. Right now there are two families that are introduced to one another there all around about the same age I think there might be more families coming over.

I think this book is to entertain people, I recommend it to be for tweens and up.

Love & Misunderstanding <- Here is the link to the story.

Reading In English

Love Sick:

Today in English for SSR (Sustained Silent Reading) I chose to read a writing piece that someone created, The name of the story is Love Sick.  It's about this boy that is a cupid person (love person, person with bow an arrow making people fall in love) who came into a girls backyard and his mission was to make this girl fall in love with the first boy she sees but , the cupid boy misses her and shoots this boy next door which she claims he is annoying. So they try and find a way to undo the spell, they end up making a cake that make the spell reverse but that doesn't work so they tried reversing it again with a different spell and it worked. In the end the cupid boy went off back to his planet and I don't know what happened to the girl and the annoying boy.

I think this book was to entertain, and I think this book is recommended for pre-teens and teens maybe older it depends.
