Breakfast Muffins
Ingredients:1/2 Tbsp Olive oil
1/2 Sliced onion ( diced)
2 Slices of ham
4 Cherry Tomatoes ( cut them in half)
1 1/2 Cups of Self-rising flour
1 Tbsp Pasley ( chopped)
2 Eggs
1/2 cup of grated Cheese
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 cup of Milk
( also if you want some more seasoning/taste you can add pepper and salt)
Directions:
- Pre-heat the oven to 180C on fan bake.
- Spray your muffin tins with cooking spray
- Dice your onion and your sliced ham and cook it with oil until it's ready
- lightly beat your eggs with the milk.
- In a large add your cherry tomatoes, your Self-rising flour, Pasley, Eggs with the milk, grated cheese, smoked paprika, then your cooked ham and onion ( also add the seasoning if you want)
- Then when you're mixing the ingredients together you do this folding technique where you fold the mix quarters then turn the bowl again but don't over mix the mixture because it will no longer ganna be a muffin outcome.
- Once you're done get two metal spoons and evenly distribute the mixture in your muffin tins.
- Cook for 15 or 20mins until it looks golden.
- Then take out of the oven clean up then enjoy your food/meal.
